Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, please email sales@hadialondon.com within the cancellation period.

Returned goods must be posted back within 14 days of cancellation.

Returned Items

Items should be returned:

• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In original packaging where possible
• With any tags, pouches or presentation materials included

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return Costs

Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
